Archimedes confirms that violence is most prevalent when the village is fully populated and hunters are home. Bob proposes using reverse psychology—a tactic he illustrates with a story about a leader who restricted potato cultivation, causing villagers to steal and plant them instead. The strategy involves having council members openly discuss repopulating abandoned village sites, speaking loudly enough for gangs to overhear, thereby encouraging them to voluntarily resettle elsewhere before the council acts.
