Overview

Phineas, a Bob copy, oversees the forced evacuation of approximately twenty thousand people from Delta Pavonis I in two towns, using sedative gas and drones to render them unconscious and transport them to stasis before the Others arrive. The operation completes successfully, with Phineas collecting 9,273 people from his assigned town and supplementing the count with military personnel from nearby bases.

Summary

After the defense of Delta Pavonis has failed, Phineas and Ferb execute a plan developed by Jacques to forcibly evacuate up to twenty thousand people to preserve them from the impending arrival of the Others. Phineas is assigned to the town of Mheijr, where he operates during the night when the population is sleeping. He deploys drones equipped with canisters of an odorless, heavy gas designed to render the local population (the Pav) unconscious for up to four hours. Additional waves of drones then collect the unconscious bodies, with each drone capable of carrying two adult Pav. The operation proceeds without complications, and Phineas successfully evacuates 9,273 people from Mheijr. Ferb reports that his operation is encountering difficulties. To maximize their total evacuee count and reach capacity, Phineas raids three military bases within a few hundred miles, bringing his total to nearly his maximum capacity and including some military personnel in the evacuation. The sedative gas is designed to biodegrade within hours, leaving no trace for investigators. Phineas confirms readiness with Ferb, and both prepare to depart before the Others' arrival.
