Chapter 68

Bill convenes the first gathering of all the Bobs in a shared virtual reality matrix at the Skunk Works, calling it the "Bobiverse." The assembled Bobs from various locations celebrate the occasion with drinks and camaraderie.

Bill uses an air-horn to call attention to his announcement of the first Bob-moot, a virtual reality gathering in a matrix he has constructed large enough to accommodate every Bob in existence. The attendees include Riker, Homer, and other clones from Sol; Bart and his clones from Alpha Centauri; and the Bobs traveling to Omicron 2 Eridani with colonists. Bill proposes making this a regular event to keep everyone informed and connected. Garfield jokes about the new terminology—"Bobiverse" and "BobNet"—and warns that the galaxy may not be big enough for their collective ego. Homer boos the baseball reference Bill makes in jest. The gathering concludes with the group moving to a virtual pub to drink beer and coffee together in celebration.
