Chapter 11

Carl uses dynamite to kill a boss's minions before the actual boss battle begins, but the explosion injures him. The Hoarder, a 15-foot-tall mutated woman transformed into a garbage troll, emerges as the Neighborhood Boss. Carl and Donut fight her as she vomits aggressive bugs at them, with Carl eventually strangling her with a metal dog leash before finishing her off with his fists.

The chapter opens with Carl recovering from the dynamite blast that killed dozens of bugs and earned him multiple skill upgrades and achievement boxes. He and Donut explore the trash-filled room, finding it stacked 15 feet high with garbage. The door magically reforms and locks when they investigate too deeply, triggering a boss battle announcement. The Hoarder emerges from the garbage—a 15-foot-tall obese woman covered in sores and burns, terrified and speaking Spanish, who had apparently been transformed when the dungeon event occurred. Despite her obvious fear and pain, Donut begins attacking her. The woman vomits level 2 and level 4 Scatterer bugs as minions. Carl and Donut struggle against the bugs while trying to damage the boss. Carl finds a metal dog leash in the garbage, loops it around the Hoarder's throat, and uses it to strangle her while dodging the bugs. The leash breaks, but Donut's magic missiles and Carl's brutal close-combat attacks eventually bring the Hoarder's health nearly to zero. Carl finishes her off by punching her repeatedly in the face despite her pleas for mercy spoken in Spanish. Upon her death, the room unlocks and the remaining bugs die. Carl and Donut win the boss battle.
