Donut discovers her prize has given her claws a permanent celestial modification: they glow brilliant blue, are impossibly sharp, and can harm ghosts, but she cannot turn off the glow or control when they deploy. Mordecai explains the boon is permanent and has raised her Claw skill to level 17. Concerned about accidentally harming Carl and damaging equipment, Donut accepts Rosetta's suggestion of claw caps, which Rosetta purchases in purple to mute the blue glow.
