All These Worlds is the third book in the Bobiverse series, concluding the initial arc of humanity's expansion into space and confrontation with an existential threat. The novel picks up with the replicant Bob and his many clones scattered across multiple star systems—some defending colonies, others managing human affairs, still others pursuing scientific research. The central conflict involves the Others, an alien species that systematically harvests planets of all resources and life, and their inevitable approach toward Earth. Simultaneously, internal conflicts emerge: on Poseidon, Marcus wages a non-violent revolution against an authoritarian Council using flying cities; on Delta Eridani, Bob maintains his embedding with the indigenous Deltans while managing tensions between villages; and across human settlements, Bobs grapple with their role as immortal servants to a mortal species. The story culminates in a desperate battle for Earth's survival, the evacuation of humanity aboard a repurposed alien megaship, and a final solution to the Others threat that carries profound moral weight.

The novel spans from 2212 to 2263, with multiple parallel narratives that eventually converge toward Earth's crisis. In the Delta Eridani system, Bob maintains his integration with Deltan civilization, mediating conflict between villages (Camelot and Caerleon) and guiding the species toward improved tool-making and social cooperation. He mentors the flintworker Archimedes, who becomes his closest friend over decades. Simultaneously, Marcus on Poseidon engineers a bloodless revolution by introducing flying cities—autonomous habitats that circumvent the planetary Council's authoritarian control over resources and population movement. When the Council responds with force, Marcus marshals the cities' defensive systems while carefully avoiding unnecessary casualties, ultimately achieving a power transfer without widespread violence.

On multiple colony worlds, other Bobs establish settlements and scientific projects. Howard pursues his passion for studying Odin's atmosphere-dwelling life and eventually builds floating cities there with his companion Bridget (a replicant of his deceased love). Herschel and Neil, traveling aboard the repurposed Others' cargo vessel Bellerophon, discover it can serve as a massive colony ship—potentially carrying all remaining humanity. Will Riker, coordinating from Sol, manages the slow evacuation of Earth's population to ensure humanity's survival regardless of the coming threat.

The Others' approach becomes confirmed when surveillance drones detect an incoming armada—fifty death asteroids and one hundred cargo carriers, far larger than the Delta Pavonis expedition. With decades of preparation, the Bobs have constructed a defensive fleet of five hundred replicant-crewed dreadnoughts, thousands of automated busters, and strategic nuclear weapons. The Battle of Earth ensues in April 2257, a desperate multi-phase engagement where the Bobs employ hit-and-run tactics, cloaked weapons, and increasingly desperate strategies. The turning point comes when Neil realizes the Joker strike force, traveling at near-light speed, can deliver radiation-hardened weapons that will Doppler-shift the Others' own zapper radiation into lethal frequencies. The simultaneous detonation of these weapons sterilizes the Others' fleet.

Simultaneously, Herschel and Neil lower the Bellerophon into Earth's atmosphere, loading the remaining human population into its vast cargo bays—six million people saved from the death lottery that seemed inevitable. The Others' desperation leads them to attempt zapping the ship and Earth directly, succeeding only in devastating Cuba (costing roughly 150,000 lives) before their fleet is neutralized. Mack confirms the victory from 82 Eridani.
