Bill briefs Premier Campbell and President Ito on the situation following Mack's offline status and Medeiros' acquisition of at least one printer, which enables him to build kinetic weapons. They discuss limited offensive options and decide on a defensive posture. Medeiros conducts a SUDDAR sweep near a printer convoy bound for Asgard and successfully disables it, capturing or destroying the printers. Bill realizes Medeiros is pursuing a two-pronged strategy: acquiring printers while denying them to the Bobiverse. Bill tells Captain Richards of Asgard and General Kiroshi of the Japanese colony that Medeiros poses a direct threat. Richards mentions the Asgard colony possesses thousands of small mosquito-killer drones originally built for pest control. Bill sees an opportunity: these drones can be repurposed to attack Medeiros' busters. The team programs two thousand mosquito killers with AMI instructions and deploys them in five squads. The killers successfully lure and overwhelm two busters through coordinated swarm attacks, destroying both vehicles without losing significant numbers.
