Jacques meets the eight awakened Pav in person as an android, and then discusses the colony's readiness with Hazjiar. He tours the new settlement on HIP 84051, explaining the resources available and addressing Hazjiar's concerns about the Others and their future, before departing.

Jacques, Phineas, and Ferb finalize preparations for awakening the remaining twenty thousand Pav colonists. The site at HIP 84051 is complete with residences, farms, and livestock. Ferb confirms he can unload his Pav colonists over three days, after which they will depart for Sol to potentially rescue humans before the Others arrive. Jacques awakens Hazjiar and seven other Pav and meets them in person using an android body, choosing to appear as an alien rather than disguise himself. Hazjiar, a former City Councilor, adapts quickly to the meeting and engages in administrative discussion about awakening the remaining colonists. Later, Jacques tours the settlement with Hazjiar on her patio. He discusses the Others' threat to the Bobiverse's home system, the colony's mineral resources, and the planet's lack of dangerous fauna. Hazjiar expresses concern that human ideas and technology may overwhelm her people, though she remains grateful. She dismisses Jacques politely and intends to report to the Pav Council. Jacques departs via cargo drone, performing a Vulcan salute to the bewildered soldiers as he leaves.
